Does KidsFun need its own SIM card?
Yes. KidsFun uses a nano-SIM on a local ANZ mobile network. The Connect plan includes a SIM with calls, messages and data sized for a kids watch.
Which networks does it work on?
KidsFun is built for Australian & New Zealand 4G networks including Spark, One NZ, 2degrees, Telstra and Optus. Our Connect plan handles this for you.
Can strangers call my child?
No. KidsFun only accepts calls and messages from contacts you approve in the Olene app. Everyone else is blocked.
Is there internet or social media?
None. There's no browser, no app store and no social media — and no advertising anywhere on the watch.
How accurate is the location?
Outdoors with a clear GPS fix, location is typically accurate to a few metres. Indoors it falls back to Wi-Fi and network positioning, which is less precise.
What's the return & warranty policy?
KidsFun comes with a 12-month warranty. Add your 30-day returns and warranty terms here before launch.
